A 500 mile bicycle ride from Minneapolis to Chicago to raise money and awareness for AIDS. AIDS has taken the life of one of my friends and I have a number of friends that are HIV positive. I will be a rider in the AIDS Ride July 10 through July 15, 2000 with about 1800 others because I want more people to be educated and less people becoming HIV positive. Why? Because I can. Sounds crazy? Well, maybe. But if you know me you know sometimes I can seem a bit 'touched'. I took this challenge last year and I have new goals this year for the ride. First I want to raise $5000. For that I will need your help, please check out my pledge page. Second I want to be able to sing "High Hopes" while riding up hill.
